An update on why the standings are standing still: flow of results have slowed to a trickle. We can't take leading candidates and move them into the 'elected' category because there isn't enough data.
Since some of these races are so tight, we can't quite call them one way or another. If a poll hasn't reported, it could be 75 votes or 750 votes that impact results. And the problem is that the polls are not reporting in.
Elections New Brunswick says they're not ready to do an interview with anybody...they know there is a technical problem but they don't know what the problem is. Data is not being uploaded.
